Order Info - Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation, Returns, Changes, Payment, etc.

Most items are shipped using an estimated weight and applying current
United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) residential
rates. Oil/lubricants and other hazardous items can only be shipped ground to
the 48 states in the USA.
Shipping & Handling Charges. Domestic shipping charges include $7 to
$10 and International include US $19 to $29 base shipping charges on the first item.
Order all your requirements at one time to
avoid these charges across multiple orders.
Additional items have a small impact on your total freight charges so please try
to consolidate your orders. We always reserve the right to substitute an
equivalent or better shipping method.
Shipping Time is the usual time to get the product into our location if
we don't stock it plus the delivery method you selected. Unless you inform us
differently, the shipping method you selected will be used even if an item is
backordered and gets shipped several days later. Your online account will
show expected shipping dates.
You can check shipping charges and options at any point while shopping and
without logging in or providing your credit card info. All you need to enter is
a state and a zip code, or a city and country.
Cancel an Order You can cancel if shipment has not occurred, otherwise
you are subject to our return policy. To cancel, send us an email with the order
number or click on the Help link at the top of the page and use the form.
Change an Order If you used a Credit Card to charge the order you can
cancel items and we will refund you the amount. If you want to add to the order,
please cancel first and resubmit a corrected order. Click on the Help link at the top of the page and use the form.
If you used PayPal to purchase you can cancel
items and we will send you a refund, or you can add to your order by sending us
an additional PayPal Verified payment. To calculate the additional payment
please send us a list of items you wish to add and we will send you the correct
amount to pay. Click on the Help link at the top of the page and use the form.
Return an Order You can return items within 20 days subject to a
restocking charge. Please see the policy at the bottom of our order confirmation
or communications with you. Click on the Help link at the top of the page and use the form.
We require you to create an Account when you order (for security
reasons), but we do not save your credit card or PayPal information on the site
(again for security reasons).
Payment is Processed by Price Wize Systems, Inc, PWSWebs, or
USBoatSupply.com and may appear that way on your Credit Card or PayPal
statements.
