Return an Order You can return items within 20 days subject to a
restocking charge. Please see the policy at the bottom of our order confirmation
or communications with you. Click on the Help link at the top of the page and use the form.

Electrical parts & opened packaged Electronics,
items less than US$10.00, oil products cannot be returned.
Other Products -> 20% restock fee on factory ordered items and 10% restock fee
for standard items | return freight paid by customer | unused & re sellable
products can be returned within 20 days of delivery | all items subject to our
inspection | Send us an email for a return authorization & shipping instructions
| If we made the mistake (shipping damaged, incorrect item, etc), we will refund
or credit you the entire amount including shipping charges.
All products are subject to the original manufacturers' warranty
policy. All warranties are passed through to you. For more specific
information please visit the manufacturers' links (many of which are listed on
our site). Resolution of warranties may take some time. We do not warrant the
suitability of any of our products for your particular application. Normal
product wear and tear is not warranted. Purchases for use outside the United
States may affect your warranty and product ordered from this USA site may not
